An orchestrator for a company of AI agents: a task comes in, agents work, and the acceptance stamp cannot be faked

What it is
A general engine for a "company made of AI agents". Its core is a spine of trust: exactly one acceptance module writes the DONE status, an HMAC seal and an integrity check sit on top, agents run in a sandbox with limits, and the output is a dossier with evidence rather than a cheerful report. It became the canon after an honest comparison of three home-grown cockpits carried out by sixteen agents.
