What it is
The idea is simple: a Canadian accounting firm where agents do the work, with nil returns for dormant corporations as the wedge. The first client was his own INNOVA CONSULT LTD., and that turned into an honest test: the external accountant had filed nothing for the corporation in three years. In August 2026 the owner gave the go-ahead, and the whole set of filings was assembled and submitted in house.
